‘Today is Friday’ has gone on screen at a number of global events, including the R. E. D. International Film Festival (RIFF) in Norway, the Dead Center Film Festival and the Santa Fe Film Festival, both in the US.

The other Iranian representatives at the RIFF are ‘Pass’ by Elika Abdollahi, ‘The Rotation’ by Hazhir Asadi, ‘The Recess’ by Navid Nikkhah-Azad, ‘Dream Haulers’ by Farzaneh Qaemi, ‘The White Whale’ by Amir Mehran, and ‘Sky Sun, Tile Sun’ by Ziba Arzhang.

The RIFF hosts a wide range of works from around the world and provides an opportunity for filmmakers, screenwriters, and many experts to exchange experiences.

The 2021 edition of the festival, underway in the Italian city of Padova, will run until July 25.
